'Death Race' Trooper From Bloomingdale Turns Himself In
Joseph Ventrella awaits Superior Court appearance.
The second suspended state trooper allegedly involved in a high-speed luxury car escort down the Garden State Parkway in March has turned himself in on fourth-degree charges of falsifying or tampering with records, according to NJ.com.
Joseph Ventrella, 28, of , is one of two troopers who allegedly escorted the cars to Atlantic City. Sgt. First Class Nadir Nassry, a 25-year veteran of the state police from Phillipsburg, was also charged. Both
A date has not yet been set for the troopers to appear in Superior Court, according to NJ.com.

The criminal after he alleged the troopers used black electrical tape to change the numbers of their license plates, as well as encouraged the drivers of the luxury cars to change the numbers of their license plates with the tape.
The caravan was by Madison resident John Kennedy. The escort has also been nicknamed "Death Race 2012" by another motorist who allegedly witnessed the caravan.
