Disorderly Conduct, Possession, Warrant: Recent Police Activity in Bloomingdale
Recent activity as reported by the Bloomingdale Police Department.

Bloomingdale police reported the following recent incidents:
Oct. 28
Officer Sami Zeidan conducted a motor vehicle stop on Main Street and was advised by the driver that the passenger was not wanted in the vehicle.

The passenger, David Wenegrat, 23, of Bloomingdale showed signs of intoxicated.
Wenegrat became combative with Zeidan and Office Michael Fatzer, who responded to the scene.

Wenegrat was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Oct. 29
Officer Sami Zeidan stopped a motor vehicle on Hamburg Turnpike for not having a front license plate.
While speaking with the driver, Jorge Serrano, 27, the officer observed signs of marijuana use.
A search of the vehicle turned up paraphernalia and a small black canister containing marijuana on the passenger, Danial Agaibe, 26, of Hasbrouck Heights.
Both Serrano of Bogota and Agaibe were arrested.
Serrano was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a summons for improper display of license plates.
Agaibe was charged with CDS and paraphernalia possession.
Sgt. Marc Loveland assisted.
Nov. 4
Officer Steven Smith responded to a complaint of suspicious activity on Main Street. Smith saw two individuals, including Thomas Helms, 20, who had an outstanding warrant.
Helms was arrested and transported to headquarters where a search of his person turned up drug paraphernalia.
He was charged with possession of CDS and paraphernalia.
Helms was unable to post bail and was transported to Passaic County Jail.
Officers Conrad Jiminez, Vincent Graziosa and Sami Zeidan assisted.
