NJ.com: Governor, Top State Employees, Named in Quran-burning Case

Derek Fenton, of Bloomingdale, is suing the state for his job back.

According to NJ.com, several top state employees and Gov. Chris Christie have been identified as being connected in the controversial case in which Derek Fenton, of Bloomingdale, was arrested on Sept. 11 in Lower Manhattan for burning the Quran during a protest, and then fired from his job with NJ Transit. Fenton, who said he was exercising his right to free speech, is suing the state for his job back.
