160-Unit Residence Application To Be Heard By Wall Planning Board
The proposed development would be on the site of a former drive-in movie theater.

WALL, NJ – After being carried over for the past two meetings, the Wall Township planning board will hear an application to build a 160-unit condominium/multi-family residential development at Tuesday night’s meeting at 7 p.m.
The proposed structure would be built at the site of a now-torn down drive-in movie theater at 1306 Highway 34 North and 1307 Wyckoff Road, across Highway 33 from the Jersey Shore Ice Arena.
The other application on the meeting’s agenda includes the construction of seven warehouse and office buildings at 5165 Belmar Boulevard near the airport.
