MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — The Monmouth County SPCA is seeking the public’s assistance after three puppies were found abandoned near Allaire Park over the weekend.
Described as “filthy, dehydrated, and so frightened to be out there all alone” when found, the SPCA said the dogs are now in their care and have been medically assessed and given the TLC they needed.
Currently, the SPCA said the three are sleeping with full bellies on comfy bedding and will get the best care possible.
