Airport Renovations To Be Examined By Wall Planning Board
The owners of the Monmouth Jet Center are looking to make needed repairs and changes to the airport's current runway and taxiway.

WALL, NJ – The Wall Township planning board will be hearing an application during Monday night’s meeting asking for approval to make repairs to the runway and build a new taxiway at Monmouth Jet Center on Route 34.
According to the application, owners Wall Herald Corp. are submitting a final site plan with variances to repair the airport’s current runaway using funds from the state’s Department Of Transportation as well as the tearing up of the existing taxiway and building a new one that is compliant with current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines.
The owners are looking to accomplish this by removing some soil from a vacant adjacent lot also owned by Wall Herald Corp.
