Santa To Arrive Via Helicopter In Monmouth County: See Details
Santa Claus will be making a grand entrance on Saturday when he touches down via helicopter at Monmouth Jet Center.
WALL, NJ — Santa Claus will be making a grand entrance in Monmouth County on Saturday when he arrives via helicopter at the Monmouth Jet Center.
At 11 a.m. on Saturday, Santa will touch down at the center courtesy of Platinum Helicopters, a helicopter charter company from Princeton Airport that also provides air service to the Easter Bunny, who visits the airport each spring.
Once Santa arrives at the jet center, officials said children and parents will have the opportunity to meet him and take photos. Pets are also welcome at the event.

This is the third year the airport is hosting a visit from Santa Claus, officials said.
“My airport staff and I believe that contributing to the community in ways large and small is an important obligation for our company – especially during the holidays,” said Alan Antaki, the owner of the airport.

“Ours is a unique enterprise that normally does not get many opportunities to interact with the residents of Wall Township and the surrounding communities," he continued. "Therefore, we strive to create opportunities for people to access the airport property, look around, learn a bit about what we do, and get to meet our staff.”
“It gives us a chance to interact with the non-aviation public, and that is important to us,” Antaki said. “We strive to be an asset to the greater community in any way we can.”
At the event, officials said children in attendance will receive small gifts, with visitors encouraged to make donations to the Associated Humane Society of Monmouth County.
Visitors are encouraged to arrive at the center 15-30 minutes early on Saturday to catch Santa’s arrival.
In case of rain, Santa will visit the following day on Sunday, Dec. 14, officials said.
“We enjoy being part of the holiday celebration, and we are working on a plan to be part of America’s 250th Anniversary Celebration next summer,” Antaki said.
