Arrests For Drug Possession, DUI Among Recent Wall Incidents
The Wall Police Department reported arrests made from Dec. 22 to Jan. 1.
WALL, NJ — Wall police reported the following recent arrests in the township:
Jan. 1, 2024:
- Patrolman Shane Roland arrested a Middletown man, 22, following an investigation into a shoplifting that took place at the Shop Rite on State Route 35. The man was released on a summons.
- Patrolman Alexandra Clayton arrested a Brick woman, 23, following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35 for driving while intoxicated. She was released in accordance with John’s Law.
- Patrolman Trent Powers arrested a Wall man, 56, following an investigation into a suspicious person on Adams Street. The man was charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and obstruction of the administration of justice.

- Patrolman Alfredo Flores arrested a Belford, Middletown man, 51, after investigating a suspicious vehicle on Martin Road, for driving while intoxicated, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Dec. 29, 2023:
- Patrolman Tyler Martin arrested a Wall Township woman, 32, following a motor vehicle stop Route 138 for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. The woman was also found to have warrants for arrest out of other jurisdictions. She was processed and transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

- Patrolman Wayne Jackson arrested a Red Bank woman, 59, for criminal mischief and contempt of court following an investigation at the Economy Inn Motel located on Routes 33/34. She was processed and released on a summons.
Dec. 24, 2023:
- Patrolman Wayne Jackson arrested a Lakewood man, 34, for driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop that was conducted on 18th Avenue. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Dec. 23, 2023:
- Patrolman James Yannazzone arrested a Lambertville man, 32, for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Route 138. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
- Patrolman James Yannazzone arrested a Tinton Falls woman, 41, while conducting an investigation at the Economy Inn Motel on Routes 33/34 for loitering for purpose of engaging in prostitution, possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to make lawful disposition. She was processed and released on a summons.
Dec. 22, 2023:
- Patrolman Michael Cacciatore arrested a Jackson woman, 28, after a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 for driving while intoxicated. She was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
- Patrolman Ken Bala arrested an Ann Arbor, Michigan man, 38, for possession of heroin following a motor vehicle stop on Routes 33/34. He was processed and released on a summons.
- Patrolman Jared Conte arrested a Toms River woman, 54, and a Brick woman, 42, following a motor vehicle stop on Route 33 for possession of heroin, crack cocaine, prescription legend drugs, drug paraphernalia and hindering their apprehension. They both were processed and released on a summons.
