Belmar Woman Charged With Fentanyl Possession; Has History of Drug Arrests
The woman, 46, has a history of drug possession arrests throughout the area, and was recently charged in Belmar.

A Belmar woman with a history of drug possession arrests was indicted on December 4 for heroin possession, according to Monmouth County court records.
Rhonda L. Davis, 46, most recently of 17th Avenue in Belmar, was indicted on one third-degree charge of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, alleged in court records to have been fentanyl.
Davis was originally arrested on August 11 in the borough of Belmar. Davis has a history of drug arrests locally, including paraphernalia charges from Bradley Beach in 2010 for having hypodermic syringes.

Davis was also charged in 2008 for crack cocaine possession and for possession of heroin with intent to distribute the same year.
