Curfew Set Ahead Of Mischief Night & Halloween In Wall

WALL, NJ — Wall Township has set a curfew for unaccompanied minors ahead of Mischief Night and Halloween weekend, the Wall Township Police Department announced on Wednesday.
According to Wall Police, the town will have a curfew between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for minors.
While curfew is in place, minors cannot be in a public place or on a public street unless they are:

- Accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Traveling to or from a place of employment
- Out for a medical emergency
- Out for an approved school, religious, or community event
To help ensure a safe and enjoyable Halloween season, the police department will have increased patrols in residential neighborhoods throughout the upcoming nights using both marked and unmarked police vehicles.
“The department will maintain a zero-tolerance policy for property damage, vandalism, and curfew violations,” Wall Police said. “Parents are urged to discuss the curfew and expected behavior with their children before heading out. Have a safe, respectful, and happy Halloween!”
