DWI, Assault By Auto, Drug Possession: Wall Police Blotter
Wall Police reported four incidents of driving while intoxicated from Jan. 22 through Jan. 25.

WALL, NJ — Wall Police reported incidents of driving while intoxicated, assault by auto, drug possession and more from Jan. 22 through Jan. 25.
Jan. 22
Jennifer Judge, 36, of Brick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and obstruction following an investigation on Route 35.
Judge was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law, which requires police to impound the driver's vehicle for 12 hours following their arrest.

To be released from custody, the driver must also contact someone who will take responsibility for them and ensure they don't drive while under the influence.
Jan. 23
John Triolo, 22, of Toms River, was charged with burglary, receiving stolen property, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia following a burglary investigation on Jan. 18. Triolo was processed and released on a summons.

Joseph Yannon, 34, of Brick, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Route 34. Yannon was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Jan. 24
Mallary Malvagna, 63, of Toms River, was charged with assault by auto and driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian on Curtis Avenue.
The 39-year-old female pedestrian suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was brought to Jersey Shore University Medical Center for treatment.
Malvagna was processed on a summons and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Jan. 25
John Dorsey, 49, of Wall, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle crash on Route 18. Dorsey was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
