DWI, Drug Possession: Wall Township Police Blotter
Wall Township Police reported two incidents of driving while intoxicated the week of Feb. 5.
WALL, NJ — Wall Township Police reported incidents of driving while intoxicated and drug possession the week of Feb. 5.
Feb. 5
Edward Byham, 34, of Oakhurst, was charged with distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana over six ounces, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Route 138.
Byham was processed and released on a summons.

Feb. 6
Joseph Reed, 51, of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Route 18. Reed was processed and released on a summons.
David Reppert, 65, of Reading, PA, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Route 138.

Reppert was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law, which requires police to impound the driver's vehicle for 12 hours following their arrest.
To be released from custody, the driver must also contact someone who will take responsibility for them and ensure they don't drive while under the influence.
Feb. 7
Leroy Mincie, 68, of Neptune, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Route 18. Mincie was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
