Hazing At Wall High School Prompts Investigation: Reports

The Wall Township Board of Education President said they contacted authorities and an investigation is pending, according to NJ.com.

WALL, NJ — After allegations of hazing in the Wall High School football program, an investigation was launched, according to NJ.com.

“Upon becoming aware of the allegation, we immediately contacted the appropriate authorities,” Wall Township Board of Education President Ralph Addonizio told the publication.

According to the official, the board is cooperating with authorities.

"There’s a pending investigation, and the school district is cooperating fully. We cannot comment further on a pending investigation of a student matter," Addonizio said.

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office also told the publication that due to the confidential nature of juvenile records they could not confirm or deny any details.
