NJR Home Services Donates $14,600 To Veteran's Charity
The money raised will go to help disabled veterans get the services that they need.
WALL, NJ – In recognition of the service and sacrifice of the women and men of the U.S. military, NJR Home Services (NJRHS), a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources, has recently raised $14,600 to help disabled veterans in New Jersey.
In partnership with DAV (Disabled American Veterans) and in honor of the organization’s 100th anniversary, NJRHS committed to donating $100 for every air conditioning (AC) system installed between Memorial Day and the Fourth of July. During that time, NJRHS installed 146 AC systems.
This donation will help provide support and services to disabled veterans throughout New Jersey, including transportation to medical appointments and assistance with benefit claims.
