Roof Replacement Project Change Order Approved By Wall Committee

WALL, NJ – At Wednesday night’s meeting of the Wall Township committee, the committee approved a change order resolution for the project to replacement of the roof at the municipal building and library.

The change order was for a $925 decrease in the total cost of the contract between Wall Township and Strober-Wright Roofing, Inc.

A previous change order brought the project total down from $691,725 to $348,900, but this new change order makes the project’s new total $347,975.
