'Smash And Grab' Car Burglaries Reported At Wall Park
Two people who parked their cars during an afternoon visit to Shark River Park in Wall came back to find them burglarized, police said.
WALL, NJ — A New Year's visit to Shark River Park left two drivers with burglarized cars.
Police report that they were called to Shark River Park at about 2 p.m. Monday for the "smash and grab" car burglaries.
Two vehicles parked in the lot had their windows smashed and personal items such as wallets, cell phones and purses removed.

Patrolman Jared Conte and Detective Devin Corso are investigating the incidents, and anyone with information should contact the Wall police at 732-449-4500.
Police remind the public to not leave valuables in plan view when you leave your car. Keep items such as purses, wallets and cell phones out of sight.
