17-Year-Old Charged In Wall Home Invasion, Attempted Vehicle Theft: Police
The teen was arrested and charged on Friday in connection with a January incident on Baileys Corner Road, Wall Township Police said.
WALL, NJ — A third suspect has been charged in connection with a Wall home invasion and attempted motor vehicle theft that occurred in late January, Wall Police said Tuesday.
The 17-year-old male from Woodbridge was arrested on Friday, police said, following the arrests of Yasir Twitty, 21, and Nymir Marks, 19, in March. Authorities did not release the name of the 17-year-old.
All three suspects were charged with conspiracy to commit residential burglary, two counts of criminal attempt to commit theft, conspiracy to commit theft, and criminal attempt to commit residential burglary, police said.

The January incident occurred at a home on Baileys Corner Road on Jan. 20, when police said three masked people forcibly entered the home through a rear window.
The homeowner told authorities that the suspects stole car keys from a counter inside the house but were unable to remove the vehicle from the property.

Once the homeowner called the police, the suspects fled the scene in a dark-colored vehicle heading west on Allaire Road toward State Highway 34.
Following an investigation by Detective Zach Honecker, Twitty and Marks were arrested in March, and the 17-year-old from Woodbridge was arrested on Friday, April 25.
Twitty is currently incarcerated in the Middlesex County Jail while Marks is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, police said. The 17-year-old is being held at the Middlesex County Youth Detention Center.
