Two Men In Parked Car Had Fake IDs, Wall Police Say
Two men sitting in a parked car on Belmar Boulevard in Wall were arrested for trespassing and having false drivers licenses, credit cards.
WALL, NJ — Two men in a parked car on Belmar Boulevard were questioned by police and then arrested for having false drivers licenses, police here said.
On Saturday, Feb. 10, members of the Wall Police Detective Bureau were conducting surveillance in in the area for catalytic converter thefts and thefts from mailboxes, police said.
While on the detail, they came across the occupied car that was parked near the wood line in the 5000-block of Belmar Boulevard, as police described it.

Police said that in the car were the driver, Rashad Black, 38, of Hillside, and the passenger James Miller, 37, of Paterson.
Detectives searched the vehicle and located two fake New Jersey driver’s licenses and two fake credit cards that matched the fake driver’s licenses, police said.

Both Miller and Black were charged with possession of fraudulent government documents and criminal trespassing, according to police. More details on the trespass charge were not immediately available from police.
Black was released on a summons with a pending court date, while Miller’s charges were placed on a warrant. Miller was later transferred to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
