Update On Missing Jersey Shore Teen

NEPTUNE, NJ — A missing girl from Monmouth County has been located, Neptune Township Police said Sunday evening.

Payton Cox, 15, of Neptune Township, went missing after she was last seen boarding an NJT train headed to Newark-Penn Station the night of Feb. 16.

At 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 23, Neptune Township Police and the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that Cox had been safely located.
