Wall Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Woman At Virginia Senior Living Facility
The incident occurred Friday night while the man was visiting family members who were also at the facility, police said.
WALL, NJ — A Wall Township man has been accused of sexually assaulting an 89-year-old woman at a senior living facility in Virginia, the Prince William County Police Department said in an incident report.
Harold Leon Edwards II, 67, of Wall Township, was charged with aggravated sexual battery and object sexual penetration, police said.
Around 8:40 p.m. on Friday, police responded to Paramount Senior Living in Manassas for a report of assault.

According to police, facility staff members found a man (later identified as Edwards) in the room of an 89-year-old female resident who did not know him.
Detectives determined that Edwards had sexually assaulted the victim before being discovered by staff, and was reportedly at the facility to visit family members who also reside there, police said.

Following this incident, Edwards left the facility but was later found and detained nearby by police. The victim was treated at an area hospital.
After being detained, Edwards was arrested and is currently being held without bond, pending a court date.
