WALL, NJ — A Wall Township man has been charged in connection with a string of motor vehicle burglaries in Monmouth County, Manasquan Police Captain Nick Norcia told Patch.
Justin Longstreet, 34, was arrested at his Wall Township home on May 13 and charged with three counts of burglary, two counts of attempted burglary, and one count of theft, Norcia said.
Longstreet was charged in connection with four separate incidents, according to Norcia, three of which took place in 2025 and one of which took place in 2021.

The 2025 incidents took place on Ocean Avenue and McLean Avenue in Manasquan, while the 2021 incident took place on Colby Avenue in Manasquan, Norcia said. As a result of these incidents, police said a wallet and various items were discarded near the scene.
The Manasquan Police Department is continuing to investigate similar incidents from 2021, 2023, and 2025, with the goal of determining Longstreet’s involvement in those cases, police said.

While in custody, Norcia said Longstreet was also charged with criminal mischief after “smearing his food over the security camera and purposely clogging the toilet for it to flood, requiring it to be cleaned by a contracted company.”
Longstreet was released from the Monmouth County Correctional Institution the day after his arrest, following a Bail Reform Detention Hearing on May 14, Norcia said.
“The Manasquan Police Department remains committed to ensuring the safety and security of our community and will continue to pursue all leads in these ongoing investigations,” the department said in an online post.
