Wall Planners To Vote On Affordable Senior Housing Monday
The planning board will be hearing two applications carried over from their July meeting.

WALL, NJ – The Wall Township planning board will hear four resolutions at Monday night’s meeting.
According to the agenda, the first resolution is to grant permission for a solar farm to be built on 18th Avenue near the train tracks. The second proclamation is for the removal of trees at the plot of land on 2599 Highway 35.
The third resolution is for a 6,250 square-foot single-story mixed-use building on 1837 Old Mill Road. The final one is to construct a 152-apartment, two-building affordable senior housing on 1511 Holly Boulevard.

A fifth resolution was on the agenda for removing trees at the site of the now-closed Lanes at Sea Girt, but it was withdrawn.
The planning board will also be hearing two applications carried over from the meeting on July 12, one for a 160-unit condominium/multi-family residential development near the Jersey Shore Ice Area and the other for the building of seven warehouse and office buildings at 5165 Belmar Boulevard near the airport.

Tonight’s meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at the borough’s municipal building.
