New Mexican Cantina Set To Open In Somerset County
The restaurant will offer authentic Mexican cuisine and cocktails.
WARREN, NJ — A new Mexican restaurant is getting ready to open in Warren Township.
La Colina Mexican Cantina, at 51 Mt Bethel Road, is still under construction. It is anticipated to open within the next two to three weeks, according to a manager at Lukas' Seafood & Grille.
The new restaurant is also owned by the same owners of Lukas', which is around the corner at 61 Mountain Blvd.

A website or social media page for La Colina has not been set up yet but is in the works, according to the manager.
