New Mexican Cantina To Host Ribbon Cutting On Friday In Warren

La Colina previously held a soft opening in December. The owners, who also own Lukas' Seafood & Grille, invite the public to attend.

WARREN, NJ — The new Mexican restaurant and lounge, La Colina, will be hosting a ribbon cutting on Friday in Warren Township.

La Colina Mexican Cantina, at 51 Mt Bethel Road, previously held a soft opening in December. The ribbon cutting is open to all patrons and will be held at 11 a.m. on Jan. 12, according to the restaurant's Instagram page at lacolinanj.

The new restaurant is owned by the same owners of Lukas' Seafood & Grille, which is around the corner at 61 Mountain Blvd.

La Colina offers authentic Mexican cuisine and cocktails with head Chef Educardo Cabrera bringing flavorful dishes. Cabrera was born in Oaxaca, Mexico and spent many years in the kitchen cooking dishes from his hometown.

Some of the menu items include tacos, enchiladas, sushi burritos, and more.

The lounge area also offers a variety of cocktails, draft beers, and wines from all over Mexico.
