New Mexican Cantina Sets Opening Date In Warren
La Colina Mexican Cantina is also owned by the same owners of Lukas' Seafood & Grille in Warren.

WARREN, NJ — A new Mexican restaurant and lounge has set an opening date in Warren Township.
La Colina Mexican Cantina, at 51 Mt Bethel Road, will host a grand opening on Tuesday, Dec. 20, according to its website lacolinanj.com.
The new restaurant is owned by the same owners of Lukas' Seafood & Grille, which is around the corner at 61 Mountain Blvd.

"Mr. Sonny and Mr. Johnny, two hard-working brothers got the inspiration of a Mexican Cuisine over the years from their love of Mexican Cuisine. They wanted to create a space for others to be able to experience the Mexican culture, flavorful dishes, artistic entertainment, urban and classic authentic Mexican cuisine," according to lacolinanj.com.
La Colina will be offering authentic Mexican cuisine and cocktails with head Chef Educardo Cabrera bringing flavorful dishes. Cabrera was born in Oaxaca, Mexico and spent many years in the kitchen cooking dishes from his hometown.

Some of the menu items include tacos, enchiladas, sushi burritos, and more.
The lounge area will also offer a variety of cocktails, draft beers, and wines from all over Mexico.
"We combine our love of food and hospitality with our focus on the local community to bring love, memories, and premium experience to every one who walks through our doors. We hope to provide world-class entertainment to make La Colina the best destination in the region for you all to enjoy yourselves," according to lacolinanj.com.
La Colina will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m.
