Stacy Lombardi Joins PS&S As Director Of Talent Management

PS&S, a full-service architecture, engineering, design, and environmental firm, announced that Stacy Lombardi, SHRM-SCP, PHR has joined the company as Director of Talent Management.

PS&S President and CEO John Sartor said, “Stacy Lombardi has a long track record as a top human resource professional who has built an HR department ‘from the ground up’ and managed existing HR functions that are responsible for hundreds of employees. We are delighted she has joined our team as PS&S continues along an ambitious growth trajectory which targets more headcount and geographic locations by 2025.”

Lombardi was most recently HR Business Partner with MTF Biologics, where she was responsible for more than 400 employees at the company’s Edison Operations Division. While with MTF Biologics, she created a supervisor training program to assist new supervisors in being successful in their new roles.

Earlier, from 2015-2019, Lombardi was Director, Human Resources for Martin Insurance Group, Cranbury, NJ, a leading independent insurance agency, which she helped earn one of New Jersey’s “Best Places to Work” in 2017 and 2019.

Lombardi began her career in human resources with Village Office Supply & Newtech Recycling, Inc., Somerset, NJ where she rose to the level of Human Resources Director. During her almost 19 years with the company, Lombardi established and built a human resources function that was responsible for more than 200 employees at five facilities in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. She oversaw the development of an automated payroll system, maintained day-to-day OSHA compliance and was responsible for the company’s benefits program including workers’ compensation insurance.

Lombardi holds a B.S. in Business Administration (cum laude) from Kean University. She is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) and holds Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
