The North Plainfield man accused of murdering a 30-year-old woman from Brooklyn at a North Plainfield apartment has been indicted on charges of first degree murder and third degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, according to the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office.
Prosecutor Geoffrey D. Soriano said the indictment of Felix Nehemias Graves-Dardon, 32, was returned by a Somerset County Grand Jury on Wednesday.
Graves-Darden was for the brutal murder of a woman authorities said they found in an alley on the east side of an apartment on Prospect Place.

Soriano said police had received a 911 call reporting a suspicious incident on the first floor of the apartment, where a tenant told them she had observed Graves-Dardon standing naked in the kitchen where he was cleaning a blood-covered floor.
Soriano said they found Graves-Dardon in the basement, wrapped in blood-soaked bedding, and that there was blood in various locations in the apartment, including the kitchen, basement and his bedroom.
