What Should Open at Blue Star Shopping Center?

The opening of The Children’s Place at the Blue Star Shopping Center will be one step in filling vacancies at the Blue Star Shopping Center on Route 22 in Watchung—but there is still plenty of space available.

There is the availability at the shopping center for about 31 tenants, and there are currently 11 vacancies on the property.

Currently, the shopping center boasts such stores as Kohl’s, ShopRite, Marshalls, Michaels, Mandee, Radio Shack, Sears Outlet, Petco, Gamestop and many more. There are also such restaurants as TGI Friday’s, Let’s Yo, Five Guys Burgers & Fries and several more.

But, according to the website for the shopping center, owned by Levin Management, there are still properties between 1,066 and 11,047 square feet each.
