11 Indicted For Racketeering In Crimes For NJ's '100K' Gang: Feds
One alleged gang member repeatedly threatened to shoot a USPS carrier, officials said.
PATERSON, NJ — Federal officials charged 11 people with racketeering and other crimes after a long-running investigation into a Paterson-based gang known as “100K.”
Acting U.S. Attorney Vikas Khanna said these defendants, all gang members or affiliates, were involved in a murder, three shootings, two robberies, "extensive" drug trafficking activities, and other crimes. This included violence against members of other gangs and the attempted robbery of a U.S. Postal Service employee, according to federal officials.
Nine Paterson residents were charged: Jasun Allah, a.k.a. “Rackz,” 21; Michael Davis, a.k.a. “Baby 3,” 27; Jazmeir Reyes, a.k.a. “Baby Joe,” 19; Kyzeik Robinson, a.k.a. “Doo Doo” and "King Sparks," 19; Jacim Pitts, a.k.a. “Jefe,” 24; Born Allah, a.k.a. “Freedom,” 23; Elijah Rubio, a.k.a. “Lottery,” 20; Elijah Byrd, a.k.a. “CEO,” 19; and Quincy Franklin, a.k.a. “Double O,” 27.

Hackensack resident Christopher Thomas, a.k.a. “CJ,” 27 and Elmwood Park resident Trasean Short, a.k.a. “Hound,” 19, also face charges.
Investigators said the defendants raised money for themselves and the 100K gang through robberies, drug trafficking, bank fraud, and other schemes.

Jasun Allah, Thomas, and Davis are among those accused of shooting and killing a rival gang member in May of 2024. Undercover officers also made 16 controlled drug buys from Reyes, Robinson, Davis, and Pitts, Khanna's office said.
