4-Yr.-Old Hurt In DWI Crash Spree In Passaic Co.: Police
Francisco Feliz, 32, hit 4 vehicles Tuesday afternoon, including one with a 28-year-old mom and her daughter, police said.
PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — A 4-year-old girl and her mother were injured in a crash a drunk man caused Tuesday afternoon, police said.
Francisco Feliz, 32, of Passaic was charged with assault by auto, driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a breath test, and causing bodily injury while operating a motor vehicle taken without the owner's consent, said Capt. Jonathan Schaer.
Feliz crashed a 2008 Honda Element into a 2003 Toyota 4Runner with a 28-year-old woman and her 4-year-old daughter, Schaer said.

The woman and girl were taken to St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Paterson with minor injuries, the captain said. They were released several hours later.
Feliz also struck two Honda Civics and a Honda Element, Schaer said.

Feliz had outstanding warrants for his arrest and was taken to the Passaic County Jail. He is awaiting his initial court appearance, Schaer said.
