Rahi Abouk, health economics professor and director of the Cannabis Research Institute at William Paterson University, led a study about marijuana use among adolescents post-legalization in Washington State—one of the first states to legalize recreational cannabis. He will present this original research during the webinar.

“Our findings have several policy implications for state cannabis regulatory bodies as youth cannabis access after legalization is a major concern by policymakers,” Abouk notes. “The topic is certainly applicable to New Jersey and any state that legalizes adult use.”
