Pascrell, 21, was a lifelong Wayne resident and Wayne Valley High School graduate who was in his junior year at Rider University in Lawrenceville. He was struck while walking on the right side of a ramp leading to Route 46 and succumbed to his injuries a little more than two hours after the accident.
