Coronavirus: Drive-Thru Testing Site Opens In Passaic County

County residents with symptoms of the new coronavirus need a doctor's referral to get tested. Here's how to see a doctor on the cheap.

PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — Last week, Passaic County government announced it would be opening a drive-through coronavirus testing site at William Paterson University for county residents who had been approved for testing by a doctor.

The testing site is located on Hamburg Turnpike and University Boulevard, and it's open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. daily, or until test kits run out. TAPinto Wayne reported the county will continue testing as long as kits remain available and patients need tests.

Only residents of Passaic County who have a testing prescription from a doctor can be tested at the William Patterson University site.
