Highway Reopens After Crash Near 'Spaghetti Bowl' Interchange In Wayne
NJDOT reported that a car went off the highway near the exit for NJ-23 and U.S. 46 on Monday morning.
WAYNE, NJ — A crash closed several lanes of westbound Route 80 on Monday, near the interchanges with NJ-23 and U.S. 46 in Wayne.
The New Jersey Department of Transportation first reported the crash shortly after 11 a.m., and said a vehicle went off the roadway near Exit 53. Two lanes of the highway were closed for some time, and I-80 had fully reopened by 3:30 p.m.
NJDOT also reported that there were injuries in the crash, but officials have not yet released more information.
