Eco-Friendly Businesses Wanted For Upcoming Wayne Farmers Market
The 'Eco Market' will feature environmentally-friendly merchants and businesses, along with the usual lineup of vendors.
WAYNE, NJ — Spring is almost here, and the Wayne Farmers Market is bringing a little Earth Day flair to one of its upcoming gatherings.
Organizers are looking for sustainable, environmentally-friendly businesses and organizations for the "Eco Market" on Saturday, April 19. The market will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. inside the Wayne Community Center at 1 Pike Drive, and include a scavenger hunt, raffle, and crafts alongside traditional vendors.
Several special vendors are already signed up, including ReStore Passaic, Freakin' Vegan, Wayne Grounded, and Gary's Super Buy Rite.

April 19 will be the last "winter" market in the Community Center. Then, the Farmers Market moves to a weekly outdoor schedule outside of Town Hall.
