Gunshot Victims Crash Into NJ Hospital, 1 Dies: Officials
Two people took themselves to the hospital after an early-morning shooting, and officials say the driver crashed into a hospital.
PATERSON, NJ — Two shooting victims crashed into a Paterson hospital on Tuesday morning and one was later pronounced dead, officials said.
A spokesperson for Paterson Police said that the driver and passenger were both shot near Rosa Park Boulevard and Godwin Avenue. They then got in a car and drove to St. Joseph's University Medical Center, where the driver crashed.
Officials did not specify if the driver or the passenger died, but said that the shooting caused the fatal injuries, not the crash.
