Knife-Wielding Wayne Man Threatens To Kill Restaurant Manager, Police Say
This is not the first time the suspect has reportedly threatened restaurant employees with a knife, according to Wayne Police.

WAYNE, NJ — A Wayne man was arrested last week after threatening a local restaurant employee with a knife, according to the Wayne Township Police Department.
Khalil W. Bakho, 60, was arrested after harassing employees at an Outback Steakhouse and threatening to kill the establishment’s manager with a knife, police said.
On June 27, around 8:30 p.m., Wayne police arrived at the Outback Steakhouse in the Point View Shopping Center following a report of a man threatening employees.

Bakho was in the parking lot of T-Bowl when officers arrived, and he was detained during the investigation.
According to police, Bakho was harassing an underage female employee by “following her around with a dollar in his mouth.”

Other employees intervened, and the manager escorted Bakho outside of the establishment, police said.
It was outside the restaurant when Bakho took out a knife, threatening to kill the Outback Steakhouse manager, according to authorities.
Police were able to locate the knife, and Bakho was placed under arrest.
This is not the first time Bakho had brandished a knife at a local restaurant, according to police. In 2020, he was arrested for threatening employees with a large knife at Brother Bruno's restaurant, police said.
Bakho is charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of a weapon, possessing a weapon for an unlawful purpose, certain person not to have weapons, terroristic threats, and aggravated assault.
He was charged on a complaint warrant and brought to Passaic County Jail, police said.
