Man Beat Up, Left In The Street Outside Paterson Bar: Prosecutor
The man was found lying the street at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning. He was at the hospital in critical condition.
PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — A man is in critical condition after he was beaten up and left outside a Paterson bar early Sunday morning, authorities said.
A Passaic County Sheriff's Department officer was on routine patrol at about 2:30 a.m. when he saw a crowd of people outside the Tio Gowon Bar on 21st Avenue, said Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes.
The officer found the 35-year-old victim lying unresponsive in the street. The man was taken to St. Joseph's University Medical Center where he was in critical condition Sunday afternoon, Valdes said.

Authorities learned a large group of people were fighting outside of the bar and the man was beaten unconscious, the prosecutor said.
Authorities are still investigating what happened. More information will be released when it becomes available, Valdes said.
