Man Struck, Killed By NJ Transit Train In North Jersey
There were no injuries reported to the 50 customers or the crew on board, an NJ Transit spokesperson told Patch.

CLIFTON, NJ - A pedestrian was fatally struck by a NJ Transit train Wednesday morning in Passaic County, officials said.
Main Line train 1113, which departed Hoboken at 11:45 a.m. and was scheduled to arrive in Suffern at 12:56 p.m., struck and fatally injured an adult male at Clifton Station at around 12:17 p.m., a spokesperson for NJ Transit told Patch.
There were no reported injuries to the approximately 50 customers or crew on board, the spokesperson said.

Train traffic was temporarily stopped but has since resumed. New Jersey Transit Police are investigating the incident.
