Dr. Lauren Kazmark steps into the assistant superintendent role for Wayne Schools, replacing Donna Reichman.

WAYNE, NJ — The Wayne Township Schools Board of Education has approved a new assistant superintendent for the district, to replace Donna Reichman ahead of her upcoming retirement this month.
Dr. Lauren Kazmark will step into this role in Wayne, after almost 10 years with Hackensack Public Schools. She joined that district in 2015, serving as the Director of Curriculum and Grants. Kazmark started her career as a special education teacher, said Wayne Schools Superintendent Dr. Mark Toback at a recent Board of Ed meeting.
"She went through a very rigorous interview process and emerged as our top candidate," Toback said. "We look forward to getting started with the transition plan that will help her enjoy a great start in the Wayne Township Public Schools.”
