WAYNE, NJ — An Andover man was arrested last week after he was found in possession of drugs, but not before he harassed the arresting officers, authorities said.

The officer observed a used crack pipe in the vehicle, as well as a prescription drug bottle containing white powder, “consistent with illegal street drugs,” officials said.

Nieuzytek was arrested and searched, and police found a “homemade knife,” or shiv, in his back pocket. Police also found a metal pipe with a knife attached at the end, a pickaxe, and more drug paraphernalia in Nieuzytek’s car, according to police.
