Man Shot, Left For Dead On NJ Sidewalk
The man was left on the sidewalk after suffering a gunshot wound, police said.
PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — A Bergen County man was shot and killed this weekend in Paterson, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
On Saturday, around 10:45 p.m., police responded to reports of gunfire near Clinton Street and Garfield Avenue in Paterson, police said.
Upon arriving at the scene, authorities discovered a 52-year-old man from Hackensack lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound.

The victim was brought to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The victim's name has not been released by authorities at this time.
