Burglar Takes Officer's Loaded Gun From His Passaic County Home: Report
Authorities are investigating a burglary at a police officer's Haledon home in with his service revolver was stolen, the report said.
HALEDON, NJ — A burglar broke into a Paterson police officer's home earlier this week and stole his loaded service weapon, a report said.
The burglary at the Haledon residence took place sometime overnight between Monday and Tuesday, according to a NorthJersey.com report citing police sources.
Authorities have not released much information about the incident, including whether or not the suspect (or suspects) knew that an officer lived in the home.
