Teen Caught After Widespread Manhunt, 2 Shot Behind NJ School: PD
A six-month manhunt followed the shootings behind a NJ school, authorities said.

NORTH JERSEY – A 19-year-old connected to shootings behind a school was captured Friday after a six-month manhunt led by prosecutors and the U.S. Marshal's Service, authorities said.
Dijon Sellow, 19, was arrested six months after the Aug. 3, 2019 shooting of two people in the area of North Main and Clinton streets in Paterson, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office.
Daily Voice said the school is K-8 Public School No. 28.

Sellow is charged with attempted murder and several gun charges, according to the PCPO.
The Aug. 3 incident was discovered when members of the Paterson Police Department responded to the area of North Main and Clinton streets, the PCPO said. Upon arrival, the police located evidence of a crime scene, but no victim was located.

A short time later, however, members of the Paterson Police Department were told that a 20-year-old man and an 18-year-old man had arrived at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for gunshot wounds.
Sellow, of Paterson, was identified as the individual who shot the victims, prosecutoe said.
With the assistance of the US Marshals Service's NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force, Sellow was located and arrested on Friday in the area of Ellison Street in Paterson, prosecutors said.
