THC-Laced Fruity Pebbles Found During Paterson Drug Raid: Police
Police found 73 edibles with Fruity Pebbles and Cinnamon Toast Crunch inside the house, along with 100+ bags of marijuana, police said.
PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — Police found dozens of THC-laced edibles made with kids cereals at a house where drugs were being sold during a raid at a Paterson house Friday, authorities said.
Police found 73 THC edibles made with Fruity Pebbles Cereal and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereals, liquid THC, and nearly 21 pounds of marijuana, said Paterson Police Department Director Jerry Speziale.
Police also found $7,076 in drug proceeds, Speziale said.

Eight people were arrested during the raid, including seven from Paterson: Issac Wade, 31, Andre White, 42, Max Brown 20, Tyron Mallory 28, Jacory DeWitt 32, Gregory Gillispie 29, and Tequan Motley 32, Speziale said. Chayanne Girao, 28, of West Milford was also arrested.
Speziale could not immediately be reached for additional comment.

It was the second arrest involving THC-laced kids cereals in Passaic County recently.
