Wayne Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck By A Motorcycle, Police Say

The driver of the motorcycle remained on the scene following the incident, police said.

WAYNE, NJ — A Wayne man was killed after being hit by a motorcycle, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

At around 9:30 a.m. Friday, a 77-year-old Wayne resident was hit by a motorcycle on Ratzer Road.

According to authorities, the pedestrian was pronounced dead following the incident.

Officials added that the driver of the motorcycle remained on the scene after striking the man.

Authorities said that the incident is still under investigation, and ask that anyone with information contact the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office at 1-877-370-PCPO.
