Wayne Woman, 82, Dies In Car Crash: Prosecutor
The woman lost control of her vehicle Wednesday morning near Hamburg Turnpike and Valley Road, authorities said.
WAYNE, NJ — A township woman died of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle crash Wednesday morning, authorities announced.
Mei-Lien Young, 82, was driving her 2009 Toytoa Camry in the area of Hamburg Turnpike and Valley Road when she lost control of the vehicle at about 8:30 a.m., said Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes.
Young was taken to St. Joseph's University Hospital in Paterson where she died of her injuries at about 3:22 p.m., Valdes said.

No other vehicles or people were involved in the crash, the prosecutor said.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash. More information will be released once it becomes available, Valdes said.
