Wayne's 1st Farmers Market Kicks Off June 1
Dozens of vendors will be at the parking lot at the Wayne Township Municipal Complex.
WAYNE, NJ — The first farmers market in the township's history is June 1.
The farmers market will be at the parking lot of the township municipal complex beginning that day and every Saturday through Oct. 19 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. There will be no farmers market on Aug. 31 as that is Labor Day weekend.
The township is partnering with the YMCA to host the farmers market. Atlantic Health System is helping fund the event.

There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony June 1 at 9:45 a.m. There will be a bounce house for kids from 10 a.m. to noon and The Misfits of Magic trio will perform.
