Free Program On Heart Health Offered By Jefferson Health

A free program on heart health – presented in both English and Spanish – will be held in person and via zoom on Tuesday, February 21, from 5:30 – 7 p.m. The in-person presentation will be held at the Mosaic Family Success Center, 110 E. High Street in Glassboro. Pre-registration is required.

Jose A. Camacho, MD, a Jefferson Health – New Jersey Family Medicine Physician, will speak about accessing free medical interpreter services; staying heart healthy by eating nutritious foods, exercising, and not smoking; and managing high blood pressure and heart failure.

There will also be COVID-19 vaccinations available at the “My Heart, My Health” event, as well as a CPR training station.
