National Park Man Charged With Sexual Assault, Endangering Child Welfare

William S. Prell of National Park was arrested Thursday night for sexually assaulting two girls under the age of 13. 

Prell, age 65, is being charged with one count of aggravated sexual assault and two counts of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. His bail is set at $200,000. 

The Major Crimes Unit of the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office with the assistance of the Monroe Township Police Department investigated Prell following  the assaults, which took place earlier this year while Prell lived in Monroe.
